I. Application Procedure

Please click “On-line Application Form” button at the bottom of this page.  Please fill in the application form and send it to us.  As you submitting the application form, “Pre-Confirmation” will be sent to you automatically by E-mail.  In case of not receiving Pre-Confirmation, please contact us by E-mail (amtc1@jecs.org).

II. Deadline for Registration

Concerning the capacity of the site, we would accept approximately 300 participants.
It will be on a first-come-first served basis.

III. Confirmation

2-3 weeks prior to the symposium, you will receive “Final-Confirmation” by E-mail.
“Final-Confirmation” must be retained and presented at the registration desk on site.

Ⅳ. Payment

Payment must be made by credit card.
