I. Application Procedure |
Attached Registration Form only to be used. The participants may register for the conference by completing a registration form and mailing or faxing it by Nov.15 2008.
Please fill out the space in Registration Form.
All payment must be made in Japanese Yen in the form of credit card or bank transfer.
1) Any of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX
2) Bank's handling charge should be paid by a remitter.
* Please note that usually Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ bank charge JPY4,000 as a handling charge for oversea remittance, and please ask the detail at the bank when you remit.

II. Confirmation |
After the middle of November, you will receive the Final-Confirmation slip.
The Final-Confirmation slip must be retained and presented at the registration desk
to receive the Conference kit. |
